           The company developed and designed a new generation of ultra-high pressure reheated single-cylinder single-exhaust steam 135 / 150MW steam turbines with independent intellectual property rights. This unit fills the gap of domestic 150MW single-cylinder engines and has obtained a number of patents (patent number ZL 2015 1 0357413.X) and has a full 3D brand registered trademark.

           The single-cylinder 135 / 150MW reheating steam turbine has a high, middle and low pressure combined cylinder, integrated rotor and single exhaust steam structure. The model number is N135 / 150-13.24 / 535/535. This unit absorbs a large number of mature and reliable structural designs of domestic and imported units, and the flow part adopts advanced full three-dimensional design technology. Compared with the domestic two-cylinder and dual-exhaust 135MW unit, the overall length is shortened by 4.5 meters, about 1/3. This unit is the first in China. It has advanced performance, high efficiency, high reliability, compact structure, convenient maintenance, and saves infrastructure investment.     Economical

          The flow part, high and medium pressure main steam regulating steam valve and exhaust cylinder are all designed with full three-dimensional technology. The pressure loss of the valve and the exhaust cylinder is small, and the flow efficiency of the unit is high; there is no connecting pipe between the medium pressure cylinder and the low pressure cylinder, which eliminates additional pressure loss and reduces the leakage loss of the shaft seal.
